Ingredients

 
2 cups (500 mL) scallops, uncooked
 
Juice of 1/2 a lemon
 
1 cup (250 mL) boiling water
 
2 tbsp (30 mL) butter 2 tsp (10 mL) salt
 
1 tsp (5 mL) paprika 4 cups (1 L) milk

Directions

Thinly slice the scallops and place them in a 4-cup (1 L) microwave-safe bowl.
Add the lemon juice.
Mix well and let stand 20 minutes.
Add the boiling water.
Microwave at HIGH 5 minutes.
Add the remaining ingredients and microwave at HIGH 10 minutes.
Serve with a thin slice of lime in each bowl.
