Scallop Surprise Recipe
Ingredients
| Scallops | 1 pound | |
| Garlic salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper white | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Chicken Bouillon- 1/2 cup | ||
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Basil leaves | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Parsley flakes | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Capers | 2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Preheat the oven to 400°F.
MAKING
2) Place the scallops in the baking dish, dredge it with salt and pepper.
3) In a bowl, mix together bouillon, lemon juice, basil, parsley and capers.
4) Gently stream the bouillon mixture all over the scallops.
5) Bake the scallops for 15 minutes until scallops turns white completely.
SERVING
6) Serve hot garnished with parsley and lemon wedge on side if desired.
