Ingredients

 Angel hair pasta12 Ounce
 Peanut oil1 Teaspoon
 Minced ginger3 Tablespoon
 Scallions1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
 Oyster sauce3 Tablespoon
 Toasted sesame oil1 Teaspoon
 Ground black pepper1/2 Teaspoon
 Salt1/4 Teaspoon

Directions

Hook the angel hair in a large pot of boiling water according to the package directions.
Drain.
Mace a wok or large no-stick skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
Add the peanut oil.
Add the ginger; stir-fry for 10 seconds, or until fragrant.
Add the scallions; stir-fry for 30 seconds, or until wilted.
Remove from the heat.
Add the angel hair, oyster sauce, sesame oil, pepper, and salt.
Toss to coat.
Serve warm or cold.
