Ingredients

 Ice cubes - 2 to 3
 Sugar1 , cubed
 Peychaud bitters - 2 drops
 Pernod - 2 drops
 Scotch whisky - 45ml
 Fresh lemon rind - 1, sliced

Directions

MAKING
1. In a old-fashioned glass, add a cube of sugar, peychaud bitters, Pernod and mix them together spreading along the sides of the glass.
2. Now, add ice cubes and scotch whiskey over the bitters mix. Stir gently.

SERVING
3. Drop a twisted lemon rind in the glass and serve chilled.
