Directions

Mix first 9 ingredients.
Place aluminum foil on broiler pan; pat meat mixture into shape of a sirloin steak, 1 to 1 1/2 inches thick.
Brush with soft butter.
Broil 4 inches from heat for 15 to 20 minutes; do not turn.
If desired, broil 10 minutes longer.
Serve with lemon butter made with 3 tablespoons melted butter, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and chopped parsley
