 Brown crumbs1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Cooked potatoes2
 Spanish onion1 (parboiled)
 Cooked rice1⁄2 Pound
 Melted butter2 Ounce
 Soaked tapioca1 Tablespoon
 Grated nuts/Grated cheese1 Ounce
 Tomato slice1
 Stock1 Teaspoon
 Mixed herbs1 Teaspoon
 Salt1 Pinch
 Butter1 Tablespoon

Directions

Grease a pie dish and line it with half the crumbs, keeping the rest for the top.
Mix together all the rest of the ingredients (except the stock and butter).
Put into the pie dish.
Pour the stock over them and sprinkle over the crumbs.
Dot with the butter and bake in the oven for 1/2 hour.
