1 breakfast cup brown crumbs
 
2 cooked potatoes
 
Spanish onion parboiled
 
1/2 lb. cooked rice
 
2 oz. melted butter
 
1 tblspn, soaked tapioca
 
1 oz. ground nuts or grated cheese
 
1 slice tomato
 
1 teacup stock
 
1tspn. mixed herbs
 
pinch salt
 
butter

Directions

Grease a pie dish and line it with half the crumbs, keeping the rest for the top.
Mix together all the rest of the ingredients (except the stock and butter).
Put into the pie dish.
Pour the stock over them and sprinkle over the crumbs.
Dot with the butter and bake in the oven for 1/2 hour.
