Savory Sausages Recipe
I serve the Savoury Sausages on the days I feel like surprising my husband with a distinctive and addictive breakfast. This dish has never failed to win me compliments. Try the Savoury Sausages!
Ingredients
1 tablespoon oil
1 lb large pork links, pricked
Directions
1 Preheat a browning dish: 4 minutes on full power for the small size; 7 minutes on full power for the large size.
2 Put the oil and sausages directly into the browning dish, turning and pressing sausages so that all sides have a brief contact with the hot skillet. Do not cover.
3 Microwave on full power for ] minute and power 5 for 6 minutes. Turn and rearrange sausages once, half way through cooking.
4 Leave to stand for 2-3 minutes. Serve with Onion Rings and mashed potato.
