Savory Raisin Baste Recipe
Ingredients
| Raisins | 1/4 Pound, minced | |
| Onion | 1 Medium, minced | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Tomato ketchup | 2 Tablespoon | |
| White wine | 2 Tablespoon | |
| White vinegar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Firmly packed brown sugar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Prepared mustard | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste |
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a pan, bring to the boil and simmer for 12-15 minutes.
Brush generously on meats, fish or poultry.
