Savory Mushroom Spaghetti Recipe
Ingredients
| 100 g/4 oz spaghetti | ||
| Oil | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Onions | 2 , thinly sliced | |
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm), crushed | |
| Back bacon rashers | 3 , chopped | |
| 225 g/8 oz button mushrooms, sliced | ||
| 5 anchovy fillets | ||
| Stuffed olives | 6 , sliced | |
| Parmesan cheese | ||
Directions
1. Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water for about 12 minutes until tender.
2. Meanwhile, place the oil in a saucepan with the onions, and cook for 5 minutes.
3. Add the garlic and bacon and cook gently for 5 minutes.
4. Add the mushrooms, anchovies and olives; heat through slowly.
5. Drain the spaghetti, serve with the sauce on top, sprinkled with the Parmesan cheese.
