 Macaroni4 Ounce
 White sauce1/4 Pint
 1 tablesp. grated cheese
 2-3 tablesp. cream or milk
 1 teasp. anchovy essence
 Cayenne pepper1
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

Break the macaroni into short pieces, throw them into rapidly-boiling salted water, boil for 20 min or until tender, then drain well.
Add the macaroni to the sauce, with the cheese, cream or milk, anchovy essence, cayenne, salt and pepper to taste.
Mix well, then turn into ramakin cases.
Bake in a fairly hot oven (375° F., Gas 5) until well browned, serve hot.
