Savory Kidneys Recipe
Savoury Kidneys has a great taste. Savoury Kidneys gets it taste from bacon cooked with flour.
Ingredients
4 slices of bread
Butter
Small amount of flour
4 lambs' kidneys
4 small rashers of bacon
Little butter
Seasoning
2 tomatoes
Directions
Cut kidneys into small pieces and roll in seasoned flour.
Chop up bacon and fry lightly, add a little butter, then fry the kidneys and skinned sliced tomatoes until kidneys are soft.
Pile on hot buttered toast and garnish with parsley or serve on bed of cooked rice and serve with salad or peas.
