Ingredients

| 225 g/8 oz button mushrooms, washed | ||
| 3 teaspoon garlic salt or salt and pepper | ||

Directions
1. Mix the dressing ingredients together.
2. Halve the mushrooms where necessary and toss in the dressing.
3. Chill in refrigerator for 1 hour before serving.
