For mashed potato decoration, fill the potatoes in forcing bag with large star nozzle and pipe flowerets on the prepared tarts.
Place a boiled pea, tomato piece or sliced small chilli in the centre of the floweret.
The prepared tarts may be filled, garnished and arranged on a baking tray and kept in slow oven till time to serve.
