Savory Celery Stick Recipe
Ingredients
| Celery sticks | ||
| Cream cheese | 4 Ounce | |
| Gherkin | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Ham slice | 2 | |
| Salt, pepper | ||
Directions
Wash celery sticks, cut into required length.
Beat cheese in bowl until smooth.
Stir in chopped gherkin and finely chopped ham; blend well.
Season to taste with salt and pepper. Fill cheese mixture into celery sticks.
Two ounces blue cheese can replace 2 oz. of the cream cheese in above ingredients.
