Frozen broccoli spears-1, (10-ounces) box
Butter-2 tablespoons
All-purpose flour-1 1/2 tablespoons
Salt-1/4 teaspoon
Seasoned salt-1/4 teaspoon
Pepper-1/4 teaspoon
Monosodium glutamate-1/8 teaspoon
Hot milk-2 cups
Onion-1 teaspoon, grated
Pimento-1/4 cup, chopped
Cheddar cheese-3/4 cup, grated

Directions
MAKING
1)Prepare cauliflower and broccoli separately as per package directions. Drain.
2)In a small saucepan, heat butter and add flour, salt, seasoned salt, pepper and monosodium glutamate.
3)Then, slowly add milk and cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
4)Fold in onion, pimento and cheese. Stir until cheese melts.
5)In a baking dish, arrange cauliflower, broccoli and sauce in layers and cover with cracker crumbs.
6)Now, sprinkle paprika and bake at 350 degrees until vegetables are heated through and sauce is bubbly.
SERVING
