Directions

Combine the green beans, corn, mayonnaise, American cheese, green pepper, celery and onion in a bowl and mix well.
Spoon into a greased 1 quart bak ing dish.
Sprinkle a mixture of the bread crumbs and butter over the top.
Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until heated through and crumbs are brown.
