Savory Beef Stew Recipe

Directions
1) Dust the beef with the seasoned flour and place in a heavy kettle
2) Pour in the fat and fry the meat
3) Tip in the garlic and the onion and sauté till browned
4) Add the water and bouillon enough to cover and meat
5) Cover the kettle with a lid and allow to simmer for 2 hours
6) Add the potatoes, carrots, celery, green peas and cook till the vegetables are tender
SERVING
7) Serve the stew with crisp rolls, a cucumber and tomato salad
