Savory Salmon Kabobs Recipe
Ingredients
| Salmon | 1 Can (10oz), drained, flaked | |
| 1 egg, slightly beaten | ||
| Shredded Cheddar cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/2 cup fine dry bread crumbs | ||
| Onion | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), finley chopped | |
| 1/4 teaspoon Worcester shire sauce | ||
| Tabasco | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Butter | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Combine in a bowl all ingredients except the butter.
Divide mixture into 6 portions and press firmly around wooden skewers into oblong shapes.
Melt butter over medium heat in a large heavy skillet.
Add kabobs and brown evenly, turning frequently
