1 roasting chicken
 
1/2 teaspoon salt
 
2 cups Savory Stuffing
 
1 to 2 tablespoons butter or margarine

Directions

Wash chicken and pat dry.
Sprinkle inside with salt.
Stuff neck and body cavities lightly with Savory Stuffing.

Place chicken on rack in shallow roasting pan; rub with butter or margarine.
