Ingredients
| Onion | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |

MAKING
1.In a pan, brown onion and parsley in butter
2.Now stir in flour, seasoning, and vinegar
3.Also add bouillon gradually, make sure to keep stirring constantly
4.Let stand to cool until thickened
5.Now place liver in the gravy and cook, covered, for 15 minutes, turn the liver on the other side once

6.Serve with rice
