Savory Lamb Short Ribs Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 pounds lamb short ribs | ||
| Butter/Margarine | 2 Tablespoon, melted | |
| 2 medium size onions, chopped | ||
| Celery | 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Tomato Paste | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Firmly packed brown sugar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Water | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vinegar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| All purpose flour | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
Directions
Brown short ribs in butter in a skillet until browned on all sides.
Add onions, celery, tomato paste, sugar and water; cover and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, 1 hour, or until lamb is tender.
Combine vinegar and flour; mix well.
Gradually add to lamb mixture and cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Season to taste with salt.
