Savory Grapefruit Jelly Recipe

Ingredients
| Boiling water | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Savory | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 1 cup unsweetened grapefruit juice | ||
| Sugar | 3 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Few drops green food coloring | ||
| 1/2 bottle liquid fruit pectin | ||
| Paraffin | ||
Directions
Pour boiling water over savory in a small saucepan; cover tightly and set aside 10 to 15 minutes.
Strain "herb brew" through fine strainer or cheesecloth into a measuring cup; add enough water to make 1/2 cup.
Discard savory.
Pour liquid into a 4-quart kettle or saucepan.
Add grapefruit juice and sugar; stir over medium heat until sugar is dissolved.
Increase heat and bring mixture to boiling.
Stir in food coloring and then pectin.
Return to boiling; boil rapidly 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and skim off foam.
Pour into hot sterilized glasses and seal immediately with melted paraffin
