Bacon-3 slices
 
Whole kernel corn-1 (No. 303) can, drained
 
Sour cream-1/2 cup
 
Egg-1, well beaten
 
All-purpose flour-2 tablespoons
 
Sugar-1 tablespoon
 
Milk-1/4 cup

Directions

MAKING
1)In a skillet, sauté onion and brown bacon.
2)In a bowl, mix corn to egg and stir it into onion mixture.
3)Now, mix flour, sugar and milk and add it to corn mixture.
4)Take a buttered casserole and put the mixture into it.
5)Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour or until set.

SERVING
6)Serve the Indian corn immediately.
