Directions

Mix ground beef, onion, salt and pepper.
Shape beef mixture into 4 patties, each about 1/2 inch thick.
Cook in 10-inch skillet over medium heat, turning frequently, until desired doneness, about 10 minutes for medium.
Remove patties; keep warm.
Drain drippings from skillet.
Heat margarine in same skillet until melted; stir in remaining ingredients.
Serve over patties.
