Savory Venison Chops Recipe
Ingredients
6 venison chops (1 1/2 to 2 lbs.), trim off fat
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1/4, cup chili sauce
1/4 cup dry sherry or water
1 teaspoon salt
1/4. teaspoon pepper
Directions
1. Place chops, onion, celery and green pepper in 2-quart (12x7) glass baking dish. Cover with plastic wrap.
2. Microwave on ROAST for 10 minutes. Drain and turn meat over. Combine remaining ingredients in 4-cup measure. Pour over chops. Recover and continue cooking on ROAST for 10 to 15 minutes. Let stand, covered, 5 minutes before serving.
