Savory Turkey Squares with Mushroom Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| 3 cups coarsely chopped or ground cooked turkey | ||
| Soft bread crumbs | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 cup turkey broth or 1 chicken bouillon cube and 1 cup water | ||
| Celery | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs), minced | |
| Parsley | 2 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Monosodium glutamate | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 3 eggs, slightly beaten | ||
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Instant minced onion | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Pimiento | 1 , chopped | |
| Light cream | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Mushroom Sauce | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Mix all ingredients except last three.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Pour into baking dish (12x7x2 inches) and put in pan of hot water.
Bake in preheated moderate oven (350°F.) for 50 to 60 minutes.
Cut into squares and serve with Mushroom Sauce.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
