Savory Turkey Squares With Cranberry Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Cooked turkey | 3 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| 2 cups bread cubes | ||
| Celery | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), minced | |
| Onion | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), minced | |
| 1 (2 oz.) jar diced pimento, drained | ||
| 3 eggs, slightly beaten | ||
| Milk | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Chicken broth | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Poultry seasoning | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Directions
In large mixing bowl, combine turkey, bread cubes, celery, onion, pimento, eggs, milk, chicken broth, lemon juice, poultry seasoning and pepper.
Mix well.
Spoon mixture into a 2-quart oblong glass baking dish.
Convection Bake at 325°F for 35 to 40 minutes or until done.
Let stand 10 minutes.
Cut into squares.
