Ingredients

 4 cups defatted chicken stock or low-sodium chicken broth
 Tomato sauce1 Can (10oz)
 Savory1 Teaspoon, dried
 Onion powder1/2 Teaspoon
 Ground black pepper1/8 Teaspoon
 2 cups cooked turkey breast cut into 1/2" pieces
 Frozen carrots package1 , mixed
 Spinach2 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

In a large saucepan, combine the stock or broth, tomato sauce, savory, onion powder and pepper.
Cover and bring to a boil.Stir in the turkey and peas and carrots.
Return to a boil, then reduce the heat.
Cover and simmer about 5 minutes or until the vegetables are crisp-tender.
Remove from the heat.
Stir in the spinach.
Cover and let stand about 1 minute or just until the spinach starts to wilt.
