Ingredients

 Mushrooms2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
 Green onions1/3 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
 Garlic2 Clove (5gm), minced
 1 tbsp. olive oil or cooking oil
 Stewed tomatoes1 14 1/2 Ounce
 1 1/2 cups cubed cooked turkey or chicken
 Chicken broth1 1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Frozen peas1 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 Tbsp. snipped fresh thyme or 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme, crushed
 Salt1/4 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/4 Teaspoon
 1 8-oz. carton light dairy sour cream
 Cornstarch2 Tablespoon
 8 oz. gemelli, rotini, or other pasta

Directions

1. In a large saucepan cook mushrooms, green onions, and garlic in hot oil till mushrooms are tender. Carefully add the stewed tomatoes, turkey, chicken broth, peas, thyme, salt, and pepper. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, covered, 5 minutes. Stir together the sour cream and cornstarch; add to skillet. Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly; cook and stir 2 minutes more.
2. Meanwhile cook the pasta according to package directions; drain.
