Savory Three Cheese Ball Recipe
Ingredients
| Sharp cheddar cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/4 cup soft-style light cream cheese | ||
| 2 tablespoons fat-free ricotta cheese | ||
| Snipped chives | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 1 tablespoon chopped bottled roasted red peppers | ||
| Worcestershire sauce | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Poppy seeds | 1 1/2 Tablespoon | |
Directions
In a medium bowl, stir together the cheddar cheese, cream cheese and ricotta cheese until well combined.
Stir in the chives, peppers and Worcestershire sauce.
Cover and chill in the refrigerator for 4 to 24 hours.
Just before serving, shape the cheese mixture into a ball.
Roll the ball in the poppy seeds.
Let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes.
