Ingredients

 1-lb package frozen shortcrust pastry
 Lean ground beef3/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salt1 Pinch
 Pepper white1 Pinch
 Egg1 , beaten
 Pinch dried thyme
 Mushrooms1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Cheese1/2 Cup (16 tbs), diced
 Tongue1/4 Cup (16 tbs), diced
 1/4 cup diced garlic sausage
 Cucumber1/2
 Liver sausage1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Parsley3 Tablespoon, chopped

Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl, mix ground beef with salt, pepper, egg and herbs
2. Fill four tartlets with this mixture
3. In a bowl, mix the mushrooms with garlic, cheese, tongue and sausage and fill four more tartlets with it
4. Grate cucumber roughly, mix with the liver, sausage and parsley and fill into the rest of the tartlets
5. Bake them all at 400° F for twenty minutes
6. Allow to cool adn carefully remove them

SERVING
7. Serve as appropriate
