Savory Tartlets Recipe
Ingredients
| 1-lb package frozen shortcrust pastry | ||
| Lean ground beef | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1 Pinch | |
| Pepper white | 1 Pinch | |
| Egg | 1 , beaten | |
| Pinch dried thyme | ||
| Mushrooms | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Cheese | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Tongue | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| 1/4 cup diced garlic sausage | ||
| Cucumber | 1/2 | |
| Liver sausage | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Parsley | 3 Tablespoon, chopped | |
Directions
MAKING
1. In a bowl, mix ground beef with salt, pepper, egg and herbs
2. Fill four tartlets with this mixture
3. In a bowl, mix the mushrooms with garlic, cheese, tongue and sausage and fill four more tartlets with it
4. Grate cucumber roughly, mix with the liver, sausage and parsley and fill into the rest of the tartlets
5. Bake them all at 400° F for twenty minutes
6. Allow to cool adn carefully remove them
SERVING
7. Serve as appropriate
