Ingredients
3 sticks pie crust mix
Water
Fillings:
6 oz. (175 g) lean ground beef
Pinch of salt
Pinch of white pepper
1 egg, beaten
Pinch of dried mixed herbs
3/4 cup (50 g) chopped mushrooms
1/2 cup (50 g) diced cheese
2 oz. (50 g) tongue, diced
2 oz. (50 g) garlic sausage, diced
1/2 cucumber
4 oz. (100 g) liver sausage
3 tablespoons chopped parsley
Directions
Place pie crust sticks in a large bowl.
Add water and make pie dough according to directions on package.
On a lightly floured surface, roll out dough to fit twelve 4-inch (10-cm) tartlet pans.
Place in pans without stretching.
Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C).
To make fillings, combine ground beef, salt, pepper, egg and mixed herbs in a medium bowl.
Fill 4 tartlet shells with mixture.
Combine mushrooms, cheese, tongue and garlic sausage in a medium bowl.
Use to fill 4 more tartlet shells.
Grate cucumber; mix with liver sausage and parsley in a medium bowl.
Fill remaining 4 tartlet shells.
Place filled tartlet pans on a baking sheet.
Cook 20 minutes.
Cool in pans 10 minutes.
Transfer to a rack to cool completely.
