Ingredients

 1 1/2 lb. boneless round steak, pounded 1/4 inch thick
 Whole tomatoes1 Can (10oz), chopped
 Tomato sauce1 Can (10oz)
 Onion package1
 Parsley2 Tablespoon, snipped
 Basil1 Teaspoon
 Oregano1/4 Teaspoon
 Garlic powder1/4 Teaspoon

Directions

Cut steak into serving size portions.
In 3 quart casserole, combine steak, tomatoes, tomato sauce, soup mix, parsley, basil, oregano and garlic powder.
Cover.

1. Convection Bake at 325°F for 55 to 60 minutes or until tender.

2. Microwave at high (10) 4 to 5 minutes and at medium (5) 35 to 40 minutes.
Let stand, covered, 5 minutes before serving.

3. TO COOK BY COMBINATION: Insert metal accessory rack.
Cook on Combination Code 3, 65 to 70 minutes.
