Savory Supper Pancakes Recipe
Ingredients
| All purpose flour | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Eggs | 4 standard | |
| Pork roast | 8 Ounce | |
| 10 large cabbage leaves, cut in slivers | ||
| Dried shrimps | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1 Pinch | |
| Vegetable oil | 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| 4 tablespoons each Worcestershire sauce and ketchup | ||
| Nori seaweed, in powdered form (aonorij, OR dried bonito flakes (katsuo-bushi) | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) In a bowl, add flour, eggs, pork, cabbage, 1/2 shrimps, and salt, blend until smooth.
2) on a hot plate or frying pan heat little vegetable oil, pour the batter on it; cook over a gentle heat for 5 min, or bubbly around the edges.
3) Place the 1/2 shrimp on the pancake and cook on the other side, for about 2 min; brush the cooked side with the Worcestershire sauce and ketchup and sprinkle nori seaweed .
SERVING
4) Serve immediately with a dab of mayonnaise.
