Savory Spinach Recipe
Ingredients
| Frozen chopped spinach package | 2 | |
| Cream cheese | 1 | |
| 1 can cream of mushroom soup | ||
| 1 can French fried onions | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Cook spinach in salted water until it separates.
Drain.
Return to pan and add cream cheese cut into small pieces.
Melt and add cream of mushroom soup.
Crush onions and add 1/2 can to spinach.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
Top with remaining onions and heat 5 more minutes.
Serves 6.
Broccoli may be substituted.
