Savory Spareribs Recipe
Ingredients
| 4 pounds pork spare-ribs | ||
| Beer | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Honey | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Dry mustard | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Directions
1. Cut spareribs into 2-rib sections.
2. Combine remaining ingredients in a shallow glass or ceramic baking dish. Add ribs. Marinate in refrigerator at least 24 hours, turning and basting occasionally.
3. Arrange ribs in a single layer in a large baking pan; reserve marinade.
4. Bake at 350°F 1 1/2 hours, turning once and basting frequently with marinade.
