Directions

Up to 6 hours before mealtime, in a 4-cup measure stir together carrot, onion, and the 1 tablespoon water.
Cover with clear plastic wrap; vent by leaving a small area unsealed at the edge of the 4-cup measure.

Crumble ground beef into the 4-cup measure.
Stir beef into partially cooked vegetables.

Pour soup into a small vacuum bottle; seal.
Pack soup and a spoon to take along.
