Ingredients

 Lean Boneless Beef Sirloin Steak - 1 pound
 Dried rosemary1/4 Teaspoon, crushed
 Ground pepper1/4 Teaspoon
 Vegetable Cooking Spray
 Margarine1 Tablespoon
 Plain Low-Fat Yoghurt - 1 tablespoon
 Dijon Mustard1 Tablespoon
 Worcestershire sauce1 Tablespoon
 Parsley1 Tablespoon, chopped

Directions

GETTING READY
1) Remove all the excess fat from the steak.
2) In a bowl, mix the rosemary and pepper.
3) Sprinkle the spice mix over the steak.

MAKING
4) Spray a large skillet with cooking spray. Add in the margarine over medium heat. Once the margarine has melted add in the steak.
5) Saute the steak cooking for about 6 minutes per side.
6) Take the steak out of the skillet. Transfer it to a serving plate to keep warm.
7) In a small saucepan, add in the yoghurt, mustard and worcestershire sauce.
8) Heat the saucepan over low heat, while stirring constantly. Do not let the mixture boil, just well heated.

SERVING
9) To serve, pour the mustard sauce over the steak.
10) Sprinkle chopped parsley on top.
