Savory Seafood Stew Recipe
The savory seafood stew is a mixed seafood medley. Cooked in Italian dressing and wine mix, the seafood stew has sliced onions in it. Easily prepared, the seafood is quickly prepared and is a treat for all beach food lovers. Served with or over rice, it makes a simple yet satisfying meal.
Ingredients

| Dry white wine | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Onion | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| 6 clams, well scrubbed | ||
| 1 lobster, cut into 2-inch pieces | ||
| 1/2 pound fish fillets, cut into large pieces | ||
| Scallops | 1/4 pound | |
| Medium shrimp | 1/4 pound, uncooked | |
Directions
In large saucepan, combine Italian dressing, wine, onion and clams.
Bring to a boil, then simmer covered, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients, then simmer covered, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until seafood is done.
