Savory Salmon Salad Recipe

Ingredients
3/4-l lb (340-455 g) salmon filet
1 tbs (15 ml) Savory Tarragon Blend Vinegar
1 tbs (15 ml) olive oil, optional
1 small onion, finely chopped or 3 large shallots or fresh chives, finely chopped
1/4-1/3 cup (60-80 ml) mayonnaise, to taste
1/2 lb (230 g) lettuce, mixed red and green leaf, tossed with 1 tbs (15 ml) Savory Tarragon Vinegar
Directions
Drizzle vinegar over salmon, then olive oil and bake in a 350°F (180°C) oven for 10-15 minutes, until fish flakes.
Cool.
Mix with onion, shallots or chives and mayo.
