Creamy Savory Potatoes Recipe
Ingredients
| Bacon Slices | 2 | |
| Onion | 2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Condensed cream of mushroom soup | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Pepper | 1 Dash | |
| Milk | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Potatoes | 5 Cup (16 tbs), cubed |
Directions
MAKING
1. In a large saucepan, tip in the bacon till it is crisp and cooked through. Remove the bacon and then crumble.
2. Pour off all but 2 tablespoons of the dripping and then add the onions to the pan. Sauté on low heat till tender
3. Add the soup and pepper to the pan and blend well in milk.
4. Add the potatoes and heat till cooked through.
SERVING
5. Serve hot
