Savory Poached Eggs Recipe
Ingredients
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 can (10 1/2 ounces) condensed cream of celery, chicken, or mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
6 eggs
3 English muffins (split, toasted, and buttered)
Directions
Melt butter in heavy skillet.
Blend in soup and milk; heat to boiling.
Gently slip eggs into soup sauce; cook over low heat until whites are firm.
Place eggs on muffins.
Pour sauce over eggs.
