Savory Pinwheels Recipe
Ingredients
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup sharp cheese
2 tablespoons minced parsley
1/2 teaspoon mustard
1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Directions
Cream butter and cheese, add the seasonings.
Cut bread lengthwise in thin slices and spread with cheese mixture.
Roll up like jelly roll and chill for at least an hour.
Slice about 1/2 inch thick and toast under broiler until delicately brown.
