 Monosodium glutamate1/2 Teaspoon
 Parsley1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Chives2 Teaspoon, chopped
 1/2 cup stock OR water

Directions

Melt butter in heavy saucepan.
Add mushrooms and cook gently for 5 minutes.
Mix remaining ingredients in a large bowl.
Add mushrooms and butter and mix lightly.
Cool.
Use to stuff a 12-lb.turkey.
