Savory Liver Skillet Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 pound sliced beef or calves liver, cut in strips | ||
| Flour | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Onion | 1 Medium, sliced | |
| Butter/Margarine | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Tomato soup | 1 Can (10oz), condensed | |
| Water | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Green pepper | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cooked rice or noodles | ||
Directions
Dust liver with flour.
In skillet, brown liver and cook onion in butter.
Add soup, water, and green pepper.
Cover; cook over low heat 15 minutes or until liver is tender.
Stir occasionally.
