Ingredients

 Fat1 Tablespoon
 Canned tomatoes12 Ounce (1 Large Can)
 Stewing lamb2 , cut into pieces
 Peas1 Cup (16 tbs) (Fresh Or Canned)
 Onions3 , minced
 Garlic3 Clove (15 gm), minced
 Potatoes6 , diced
 Flour2 Tablespoon
 Carrots6 , diced
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

Melt the fat in a large pot and brown the lamb in it for about 20 minutes.
Take the lamb out and set aside.
Brown the onions and garlic in the fat.
Add and brown the flour, add the tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes, then add the lamb and other ingredients.
Cook for 1 1/2 hours.
