Savory Lamb Stew Recipe
Ingredients
| Fat | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Canned tomatoes | 12 Ounce (1 Large Can) | |
| Stewing lamb | 2 , cut into pieces | |
| Peas | 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Fresh Or Canned) | |
| Onions | 3 , minced | |
| Garlic | 3 Clove (15 gm), minced | |
| Potatoes | 6 , diced | |
| Flour | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Carrots | 6 , diced | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste |
Directions
Melt the fat in a large pot and brown the lamb in it for about 20 minutes.
Take the lamb out and set aside.
Brown the onions and garlic in the fat.
Add and brown the flour, add the tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes, then add the lamb and other ingredients.
Cook for 1 1/2 hours.
