1.Preheat the oven at 375 degrees.
2.Take a bag and put flour, salt, pepper, thyme and marjoram in it and shake.
3.Put a few chicken pieces at a time in a bag and shake well.
4.In a frying pan, heat 1/4 inch shortening and fry chicken pieces into it until brown.
5.Once done, put the pieces in a shallow baking dish.
6.Add rosemary and parsley to the dish.
7.Take consomme and put it in the shortening left in the fry pan.
8.Add consomme in the pan to the dish and put the dish into the oven.
9.Bake for 45 minutes at 375 degrees.
