Savory Ham Loaves Recipe
Ingredients
| Cooked ham | 1 1/2 Pound | |
| Quick-Cooking Oats - 3/4 cup | ||
| Eggs | 3 , slightly beaten | |
| Dijon-Style Mustard - 2 teaspoons | ||
| Ginger | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Light Maple Syrup - 3/4 cup | ||
| Light corn syrup | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Water | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Peaches | 2 Cup (16 tbs), frozen | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Teaspoon | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Preheat the oven to 350F.
2) In a bowl, mix the ham, oats, eggs, mustard and ginger. Shape the mixture into 6 to 8 loaves.
3) In an ungreased 10X15-inch jellyroll pan, arrange the ham loaves.
MAKING
4) Bake for about 35 minutes.
5) Meanwhile in a saucepan, mix the maple syrup, corn syrup and 1/4 cup of water. Let the mixture boil on medium flame.
6) Turn the flame down and cook for 5 more minutes.
7) Toss the peaches with the lemon juice and add to the syrup mixture. Next, add in the raisins and ginger. Simmer for 5 minutes.
SERVING
8) Serve the peach mixture over the warm loaves.
