Savory Egg Scramble Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter/Margarine | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Onion | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Green pepper | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Potatoes | 1 Can (10oz), drained | |
| Chopped chives | 1 Teaspoon, frozen | |
| Eggs | 12 | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| 1/4 cup Hormel Bacon Bits | ||
| Parsley | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
Directions
Melt butter in large skillet; saute onion, green pepper, potatoes, and chives over low heat until onions are transparent.
Beat eggs, salt, and pepper; mix in bacon and parsley.
Pour into skillet.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until eggs reach desired consistency.
