Savory Chicken Breasts Provencale Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 tablespoon olive or vegetable oil | ||
| 2 whole chicken breasts (about 1 pound each), split | ||
| White wine or water | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |

| 1 envelope Savory Herb with Garlic Soup Mix | ||

Directions
In 12-inch skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat and brown chicken 10 minutes, turning once; drain.
Remove chicken and keep warm.
Add wine to skillet and boil over high heat 2 minutes, stirring brown bits from bottom of skillet.
Stir in tomato and savor
